Anita Barone

Barone appeared as a character in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld from season four. Barone plays Gail Cunningham as a restaurant owner who needs Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was one of the cast members on Carol & Company, starring as Carol Burnett in the early 1990s. Barone appeared as Carol Willick Ross Geller in her first Friends episode. She was also married to Carol Willick Ross Geller. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she left to pursue a full-time job. Barone was of The Jeff Foxworthy Show during The first season (1995-1996) and The War at Home in 2005 to 2007. Then, in 2000 Barone played a part in the show Daddio. Barone's other television credits include Desperate Housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone has been awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2004 in recognition of her work in the film One Last Ride. Three years later, after The War at Home ended the series, Barone began her recurring role on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones his former husband of Barone's character, during two shows.
